1 1/2 oz ST‑GERMAIN
2 oz Rosé Prosecco (or Still Rosé wine)
2 oz soda water
8 mint leaves
Lime wedge for garnish
Mint sprig for garnish
dIRECTIONS
Pour St‑Germain over ice in a glass.
Add mint and top with sparkling wine and soda.
Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
